These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of services on the a880i platform. By creating an account or using any service on a880i, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms in full.

• Dormant Accounts: An account will be marked as "inactive" if no transactions are made for 12 months.

Match Cancellation Policy: If a match does not start within 12 hours of its scheduled kick-off time, or is abandoned before that time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes fully refunded.

• System Error: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, a880i reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Maximum Win: Maximum win limits for single bets may vary depending on the event.
• Prohibited Activities: Match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity is a criminal offense and will result in immediate account closure.
• Accumulator Bet: You win only if all selections are correct; a single incorrect pick results in the entire bet being lost.

A880i offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and free bets. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions.

Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a specified wagering requirement. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ৳20,000 in bets. This condition must generally be fulfilled within 30 days.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless the offer states otherwise.

• Missing a match or bet due to internet disconnection
• Issues with the user's own device or network
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways
• Any loss resulting from sharing your password or account credentials with another person
• Any circumstance beyond a880i's reasonable control (force majeure)

A880i reserves the right to close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of These Terms
• Registering with false identity or incorrect information
• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behavior toward the system or other players
• If evidence of account hacking or a security breach is found

You may request account closure at any time. If you have a remaining balance, you can withdraw it before the account is closed. However, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Any dispute between a880i and a member will first be addressed through direct resolution. If a member submits a complaint to support, a880i will endeavour to respond within 5 business days.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to independent arbitration through a880i's licensing authority. The English version of these terms shall be the definitive legal text.
